The Chef Station is Waffle Love’s way of serving waffles throughout an event. Perfect for open houses, wedding receptions, luncheons, etc — we can fit a casual or elegant atmosphere. If your guests are mingling and coming and going, they’ll be able to help themselve to a waffle with fresh toppings throughout our agreed-upon serve time. As long as it’s not too hot or too cold, Waffle Love can even set up the Chef Station outside. We’ll arrive in a normal vehicle (not a food truck). There are no set up or clean up fees! If you are looking more for waffles to be ready all at the same time, or if you are trying to feed less than 50 people, check out our large to-go order page.
Flexible
Our office staff will customize a quote for you. Let us know your vision — do you want guests to help themselves to toppings? Do you want the waffles to be plated and set out for guests to peruse at their leisure? Do you have any favorite toppings, even those we don’t typically serve on our normal menu? Just ask. We want to meet you where we can and help create your perfect day. If you have any budget concerns, we’ll do what we can to create a menu that meets your needs. We offer petite-sized and regular-sized waffles!

Waffle Love’s menu isn’t restricted to just sweet waffles. Some of our savory options might be different than those you’ve seen at one of our restaurants, so please ask us for what our current savory options are — or request something specific! From grilled cheese waffle sandwiches to avocado “toast”, we want to accommodate your needs. Guests will love trying something new! Utah
Our Springville-based Chef Station catering has a large travel radius, with free travel within 25 miles of our kitchen. Our happy Utah caterers will bring tables + black linens for our use, with a generator available for those locations that are a little more remote. Our pricing is structured for events feeding 50+ people (but we are happy to quote smaller events too). We’ve been in business for over 10 years and have been honored to cater a variety of events, from small luncheon weddings to massive corporate affairs. We can do early morning or late night events — we are flexible! Looking for waffles a little further away? We’ve gone as far as Rexburg — St George — Evanston — you name it. Other available catering options: Food Truck Catering for more a casual, outdoor vibe, and Large To-Go Orders when you need the waffles ready all at once or if it’s a smaller group.
California
Currently our California catering team is based out of our Long Beach, CA shop! This is a newer service we are offering in California. What event isn’t made better by waffles? Our Chef Station service in California requires electricity — please make sure we have an entire breaker to ourselves! Our personable chef will be there throughout the event, serving waffles and keeping the toppings tidy and full. Plated & build-your-own versions of the waffle bar are available. This type of catering is best suited for 50 or more people. (If you have a smaller group, or if you’re looking for waffles to be ready all at the same time, or if you are closer to our Northridge or Valencia shops, consider getting your order delivered instead — get more info here!)
Arizona
Serving the wonderful people of Arizona, our caterers travel from Mesa and can pretty much go anywhere! We especially recommend the Chef Station for events that our food truck would have a hard time getting to (such as Prescott, Flagstaff, Strawberry, etc!). Events should be able to provide us with tables & electricity and then our Arizona caterers will be able to set up your beautiful waffle bar. Popular with office events and weekend graduation parties, our Chef Station catering will give your event an extra bit of love! You are welcome to book us far in advance. Summertime events ideally should be indoors when temperatures are in the triple digits (April-Oct is our indoor service season). Please request a quote below so we can check availability! Our free travel radius is 10 miles from our Mesa kitchen and our pricing is geared for parties of 50 people or more.
