How do I order EGIFT CARDS in bulk?

When you go to our order page, you have the option of selecting a bulk order (aka multiple people)! You will need all the recipients’ email addresses. In the recipient box, list each email with a comma after each address. You’ll also need to select the dollar amount, and each person will receive that amount. Currently the max amount you can do per order is 100 e-gift cards.

Are paper gift certificates available?

We do sell paper gift certificates but only in person at one of our locations! Paper gift certificates are available for purchase in our shops as long as the store has them in stock, and they come in increments of $5, $10, and $25.

How can I buy physical gift cards?

Physical (plastic) gift cards can be purchased in person at one of our locations, or in some other retail locations, such as Costco in Orem, Sandy, Murray, and Lehi (Utah).

How do I check the balance of a Gift Card?

Click here to check the balance of either a physical gift card or an e-gift card. If you input the gift card number and PIN and it still shows you have no balance, try clicking “My gift card does not have a PIN” and check the balance again. If you feel like there is an error with one of your gift cards, give our main office a call at 801-923-3588 or email us at hello@wafflelove.com. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
