Will Call and Drop & Go Orders
Some events just call for all the waffles to be ready at once. Some events are too small for onsite catering to come out, but big enough that you want to place the order in advance. Currently, we customize all these quotes on a case-by-case basis, and we’re able to lock in your order depending on the availability of the staff who will be prepping it! Large to-go orders are geared for 20+ people. Our office would love to help put together the perfect menu for you!
Will call orders
A Will Call is a big pickup order. You’ll place it ahead of time with our office, who will book it on your behalf with the restaurant. On the day of the pickup, just head on over to the Waffle Love location yourself to pick it up! Usually these orders are packaged up bulk-style for you to set up your own waffle bar.
Drop & Go orders
If you need your waffles delivered, ask for a Drop & Go! Some locations might have a minimum (our Mesa, AZ staff will deliver if the waffles are $250 or more, for example). Some locations charge a travel fee. If you place an order over $250 for our Round Rock store to deliver, and if you’re within 10 miles of the shop, they will deliver for free! Each location might have its own policies in place.
What if I want to feed less than 20 people?
Did you know you can simply order online if it’s 20 items or less? Simply head over to our online ordering page to start your order. Not applicable for food trucks.
